1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the Dom Natury online store, placing orders, entering into sales contracts, making payments, delivery, returns, complaints and other matters related to purchases made through the store.
The online store is operated by:

The store operates exclusively online.
The store offers furniture for the home, particularly handmade armchairs and furniture products of a similar nature.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
Store — the Dom Natury online store.
Seller — KREATIVE FURNITURE & DESIGN SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ.
Customer — a person or entity placing an order through the Store.
Consumer — a natural person entering into a legal transaction with the Seller for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Product — furniture or another product offered through the Store.
Order — a Customer's declaration of intent to purchase a Product from the Seller.
Sales Contract — a contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller through the Store.
3. Products
Products offered through the Store are intended for home use unless the description of a particular Product states otherwise.
Products offered by Dom Natury are handmade in Poland.
Due to the handmade nature of the production process, individual products may differ slightly in appearance, texture or other visual characteristics. Minor differences resulting from handmade production do not, by themselves, constitute a defect.
Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, prices and other information displayed on individual product pages are intended to provide information about the relevant Product.
Product photographs are for illustrative purposes. The actual appearance of a Product may differ slightly from what is displayed on the Customer's screen due to, among other things, screen settings and technical characteristics of the Customer's device.
4. Prices
Product prices are displayed in the Store.
Prices for orders delivered within Poland are displayed in PLN.
For orders delivered outside Poland, the Store may display prices in USD.
Where prices are displayed in USD, the Store may automatically convert the value using the applicable exchange rate used by the Store's system.
The price applicable to the Customer is the price displayed at the time the Order is placed.
Taxes are included in the displayed price where required by applicable law.
Delivery costs are presented to the Customer before the Order is finally placed.
5. Placing Orders
Customers may place Orders through the online Store.
To place an Order, the Customer selects the Product, specifies the quantity and proceeds through the checkout process.
The Customer must provide information necessary to process and deliver the Order, including appropriate contact and delivery details.
Before submitting the Order, the Customer has the opportunity to review and correct the information provided.
Submitting an Order constitutes confirmation that the Order involves an obligation to make payment.
After an Order has been submitted, the Customer receives confirmation of receipt at the e-mail address provided during checkout.
The Sales Contract is concluded in accordance with the checkout process and applicable law.
6. Payments
Payment for an Order is made during the checkout process.
The Store may offer the following payment methods:
- Visa;
- Mastercard;
- Apple Pay;
- Google Pay;
- PayPal;
- BLIK;
Klarna.
The availability of individual payment methods may depend on the Customer's country, device, order value or other technical factors.
Payments may be processed by external payment providers.
The Customer must complete payment according to the information displayed during checkout.
7. Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed after payment has been received.
Standard delivery times are:
Poland: 1–3 days.
European Union countries and Ukraine: 3–10 days.
The above delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control.
Furniture deliveries are organised and carried out by Dom Natury.
Standard delivery includes delivery of the Product to the address provided by the Customer.
Depending on the delivery arrangements, our service also includes carrying the furniture inside and assembly.
If an issue occurs during delivery, the Seller may contact the Customer to arrange an appropriate solution.
8. Delivery Costs
Standard delivery costs are:
Poland: 30 PLN.
European Union countries: 60 PLN.
Ukraine: 60 PLN.
For orders outside Poland, the Store may automatically convert delivery costs into the currency displayed during checkout.
Delivery is free for orders with a total value of at least 2,000 PLN.
Where the order value is displayed in USD or another currency, the Store may automatically convert the PLN free-delivery threshold into the relevant currency.
9. Receiving and Inspecting Products
Customers are encouraged to inspect the Product upon delivery where reasonably possible.
If a Product arrives with visible damage, the Customer should take photographs or video showing the damage and contact the Seller.

Failure to report damage at the time of delivery does not automatically deprive a Consumer of statutory rights under applicable law.
10. Right of Withdrawal
A Consumer who enters into a distance contract generally has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is calculated in accordance with applicable law.
Detailed information concerning withdrawal, returns and refunds is provided in the Store's Return & Refund Policy.
Dom Natury covers the cost of arranging the return transportation in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.
The statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded or limited in circumstances provided for by applicable law.
In particular, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to non-prefabricated goods made according to the Consumer's specifications or clearly personalised to the Consumer's needs. Dom Natury does not currently offer custom-made or made-to-order Products. This provision applies if such products are introduced in the future.
11. Complaints and Conformity of Products
The Seller is responsible towards Consumers for the conformity of Products with the contract in accordance with applicable law.
If a Product is not in conformity with the contract, the Consumer may exercise the rights provided by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the Consumer may request repair or replacement of the Product.
In cases provided for by law, the Consumer may also request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.

A complaint should, where possible, include:
- the Customer's name;
- Order number;
- description of the problem;
- photographs or video showing the issue, where useful.
The absence of additional supporting materials does not deprive the Consumer of statutory rights to submit a complaint.
Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable law.
12. Warranty
Dom Natury provides a 12-month warranty for its Products under the applicable warranty terms.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by the Customer, including:
- dropping the Product;
- impacts;
- improper use;
- use contrary to the intended purpose;
- intentional damage.
The warranty does not limit the statutory rights of Consumers relating to the conformity of Products with the contract.
13. Order Cancellation
A Customer may request cancellation of an Order before it has been shipped.

If the Order has not yet been shipped and cancellation is possible, the Seller will confirm the cancellation and refund the payment.
If the Order has already been shipped, the Customer may use the applicable withdrawal and return procedure.
14. Customer's Use of Products
Customers must use Products in accordance with their intended purpose and any instructions provided with the Product.
Damage resulting from improper use, impacts, dropping the Product or other actions attributable to the Customer is not covered by the warranty, subject to the Consumer's statutory rights.
15. Personal Data
Customer personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Store's Privacy Policy.
Detailed information concerning the processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy.
16. Cookies
The Store uses cookies and similar technologies as described in the Store's Cookie Policy.
17. Customer Reviews
If the Store provides the ability to publish Product reviews, the rules governing the publication and, where applicable, verification of reviews will be presented to Customers in accordance with applicable law.
18. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Consumers may have access to out-of-court complaint and dispute resolution procedures in accordance with applicable law.
Consumers may also seek assistance from relevant consumer protection authorities or organisations.
The use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms is voluntary unless otherwise required by applicable law.
19. Changes to the Terms
The Seller may amend these Terms where necessary, including due to:
- changes in applicable law;
- changes to the operation of the Store;
- changes to payment methods;
- changes to delivery arrangements;
- introduction of new services or functionalities.
Changes to these Terms do not affect rights arising from Orders placed before the amended Terms entered into force.
The current version of the Terms is available in the Store.
20. Final Provisions
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection provisions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights granted to Consumers by mandatory applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
These Terms enter into force on the date they are published in the Store.
