1. General Information
Dom Natury is an online furniture store offering handmade furniture produced in Poland.
We deliver throughout Poland, to all countries of the European Union, and to Ukraine.
Furniture deliveries are organised and carried out directly by Dom Natury.
Due to the size, weight and nature of our furniture, we do not use standard parcel courier services as our primary delivery method.
We take particular care when organising furniture transportation to ensure that products reach our customers safely and in good condition.
2. Delivery Times
Standard estimated delivery times are:
Poland: 1–3 days.
European Union countries and Ukraine: 3–10 days.
These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond Dom Natury's reasonable control, including unforeseen logistical issues, road conditions or other circumstances affecting transportation.
If a significant delay occurs, we will contact the customer and provide available information regarding the delivery status.
3. Delivery Costs
Standard delivery costs are:
Poland — 30 PLN
European Union countries — 60 PLN
Ukraine — 60 PLN
For orders outside Poland, the Store may display prices and delivery costs in USD. The amounts may be automatically converted by the Store's system using the applicable exchange rate.
4. Free Delivery
Delivery is free for orders with a total value of at least 2,000 PLN.
The free-delivery offer applies to all countries covered by Dom Natury's standard delivery service, including Poland, European Union countries and Ukraine.
Where the order value is displayed in USD or another currency, the Store may automatically convert the 2,000 PLN threshold into the relevant currency.
5. Delivery Service
Delivery is organised directly by Dom Natury.
Standard delivery includes:
- transportation of the furniture to the specified address;
- delivery of the Product to the customer;
- carrying the furniture inside;
- assembly of the Product.
The possibility of carrying and assembling the furniture may depend on the technical conditions at the delivery location.
The customer is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the location where the furniture is to be delivered and assembled.
6. Delivery Address
When placing an order, the customer must provide a correct and complete delivery address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address prevents delivery, Dom Natury may contact the customer to obtain the correct information.
If a new delivery has to be arranged because incorrect information was provided by the customer, additional costs may apply, subject to the customer's statutory rights.
7. Contact Before Delivery
Where necessary for the proper organisation of transportation, Dom Natury may contact the customer before delivery to arrange a suitable delivery date or confirm other delivery details.
Customers should remain available at the telephone number or e-mail address provided with their order.
8. Inspecting the Product Upon Delivery
We recommend that customers inspect their furniture when it is delivered.
In particular, customers should check:
- whether the product or its packaging shows visible damage;
- whether the delivered Product corresponds to the Order;
- whether any part of the Product has been damaged during transportation.
If damage is discovered, we recommend taking photographs or video and contacting Dom Natury as soon as possible:

Failure to report damage at the time of delivery does not automatically deprive Consumers of their statutory rights.
9. Delivery Delays
If a delay occurs due to circumstances attributable to Dom Natury, we will inform the customer of the expected delivery date.
If a delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will provide the customer with available information regarding the circumstances affecting delivery.
Where applicable law gives the Consumer the right to withdraw from a contract due to failure to deliver within the required period, the relevant statutory provisions will apply.
10. Customer Unavailability
If the customer is unavailable at the specified address at the agreed delivery time, Dom Natury will contact the customer to arrange another delivery date.
If a new delivery has to be organised due to circumstances attributable to the customer, additional transportation costs may apply, subject to the Consumer's statutory rights.
11. Deliveries Outside Poland
Dom Natury delivers to:
- all countries of the European Union;
Ukraine.
The applicable delivery cost and estimated delivery time are displayed during the checkout process.
For deliveries to Ukraine or other destinations where additional import, customs or public charges may apply, the customer may be responsible for such charges where required by applicable law.
12. Products Damaged During Transportation
If a Product arrives damaged, please contact Dom Natury as soon as possible.
The notification should, where possible, include:
- Order number;
- description of the damage;
- photographs of the damaged Product;
- photographs of the packaging, if it was damaged;
- any additional information that may help us assess the situation.
After receiving the notification, we will contact the customer and determine the appropriate next steps.
The Consumer's statutory rights relating to the conformity of goods with the contract remain unaffected by the transport damage notification procedure.

14. Final Provisions
This Shipping Policy supplements the Store's Terms of Service.
If any provision of this Shipping Policy conflicts with mandatory applicable law, the applicable legal provisions shall prevail.
